Delete my
account & data

You can delete your MMA Pathway account and all associated personal data at any time. Here's how.

In the app (fastest)

Open MMA Pathway and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Request it here

If you can't access the app, submit a request below. Use the email address on your account so we can verify ownership. We may ask one additional verification question before deleting.

Prefer email? Write to privacy@mmapathway.com from your account address with the subject "Data deletion request".

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All body measurements and biometric data
  • Your training profile, goals and pathway
  • Your performance logs and session history
  • Support correspondence linked to your account

Timings

  • Acknowledgement: within 72 hours
  • Removed from live systems: within 30 days
  • Purged from encrypted backups: within 90 days
  • Retained where legally required: limited records only, such as transaction receipts

Note on subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately in your device's subscription settings, or you may continue to be billed.
